Description

  • Review Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) before starting a project.
  • Complete assigned implementation tasks with minimal guidance and in alignment with SOW, Business Process Review (BPR) documentation, and implementation methodology.
  • Lead requirements gathering and design activities for operations modules.
  • Collaborate with consulting and client teams to collect information and support configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Lead project activities, resolve functional questions, and escalate issues only when necessary.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and concerns proactively to the project manager and/or architect/lead.
  • Provide coaching and quality assurance to ensure implementation best practices are followed.
  • Negotiate resolutions to business, process, and functional issues with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction while achieving utilization targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience.
  • At least 3 years of Sage X3 implementation experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to describe end-to-end business processes and key integration points.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across different business processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong customer-facing presence.
  • Working knowledge of best practices in industries such as Agriculture, Cannabis/Hemp, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Sage X3 Manufacturing Certification required or willingness to obtain.
  • Additional certifications are a plus.
  • Prior professional services consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience facilitating group design discussions preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote role open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
  • Base compensation range of $85,000 to $120,000 per year.
  • Commission opportunity in addition to base pay.
  • Opportunity to continue developing Sage X3 and consulting skills.
  • Opportunity to obtain or maintain relevant Sage X3 certifications.
