Description

  • Lead end-to-end SAP Business One implementations and upgrades to ensure customers realize the full value of their ERP system.
  • Perform detailed business process analysis and map client requirements to software configuration and best practices.
  • Configure and integrate SAP Business One with complementary systems such as inventory management, payments, user portals, and business process automation.
  • Facilitate testing, validation, and go-live activities with internal and client teams.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, communication, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with sales and management to identify, scope, and propose future project opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Stay current on SAP Business One product releases, ecosystem tools, and new technologies and contribute to internal process improvement and organizational learning.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, customer service, and cross-team collaboration throughout engagements.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in ERP systems, ideally with hands-on experience implementing SAP Business One.
  • 2+ years of software implementation experience in areas such as accounting, distribution, manufacturing, eCommerce, EDI, warehouse management, integration, or process automation.
  • Familiarity with SQL query development is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; positive and self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
