Description

  • Work closely with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into multi-dimensional Pigment models.
  • Design and build Pigment applications that support customer planning and performance management needs.
  • Train customers to become self-sufficient in using the solution.
  • Serve as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team to improve the planning platform.
  • Understand business requirements and document them clearly.
  • Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
  • Integrate source software and migration solutions, including connectors and APIs.
  • Develop design and architecture documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodology and processes.
  • Manage the quality of implementations delivered by partners.

Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on experience with an EPM platform as a partner, practitioner, or modeler.
  • 3 years of consultative experience at a large company in financial services, technology, CPG, manufacturing, or a similar industry, or at a management consulting firm implementing EPM platforms for large clients.
  • Experience working at or with consulting firms or system integrators focused on financial transformation, business applications, or EPM implementation (preferred).
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with high volumes of unstructured data and structure and validate it.
  • Ability to learn new domains quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing product.
  • Experience handling multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
  • Background check and candidate consent required as part of the hiring process.
