Description

  • Manage end-to-end Agile testing projects for data management, data quality, and data migration within banking systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate the execution of test cases, monitor testing progress, and track defects through resolution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos with a testing focus.
  • Identify testing risks and blockers and work with teams to mitigate them promptly.
  • Ensure testing activities comply with banking regulatory standards and data governance policies.
  • Provide regular status reports and quality metrics updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in Agile environments, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing principles, especially for data-related work.
  • Experience managing data quality, data migration, or data integration testing projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and data governance frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management and testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or ISTQB certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Experience within a PMO structure is a plus.
