Description

  • Monitor, audit, maintain, and troubleshoot the HRMS and related data to ensure data integrity and system compliance.
  • Provide end-user support by researching and resolving HRMS issues.
  • Assist with reviewing, testing, and implementing HRMS upgrades, patches, and other technical changes.
  • Analyze data inputs, outputs, requests, and processes to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Integrate HRMS data with other People & Talent applications through imports, APIs, and other connections.
  • Support discovery, business requirements review, system configuration, data conversion, testing, and rollout activities for a new HRMS implementation.
  • Partner with L&D to create system training materials and job aids.
  • Collaborate with the People & Talent team to streamline and automate processes, implement improvements, and apply fixes.
  • Design and document system and technical processes, including expectations and results.
  • Write, maintain, and support recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and People Analytics metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of analyst experience in HRIS or People Operations with HRIS administration, system configuration, and/or implementation duties.
  • Experience with HRMS administration tools such as Workday, UKG, ADP, or Namely; Workday preferred.
  • Experience with reporting tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into technical configurations and data requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity for identifying unexpected results and process flaws.
  • Strong analytical skills for developing appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle HRMS implementation or migration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, V-lookups, and formulas.
  • Must live and work in the United States, with reliable high-speed internet, if working remotely.
