Description

  • Troubleshoot CNC machines and identify the source of equipment issues.
  • Repair and restore CNC equipment to proper operating condition.
  • Install cutting-edge CNC machines at customer locations.
  • Travel to various sites to provide on-site service and support.
  • Partner with customers to deliver expert troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Provide exceptional service and ensure customer equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Turn service challenges into opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates should be interested in technology and machinery.
  • Ability to travel to various customer sites as part of the role.
  • Experience or aptitude for troubleshooting, repair, and installation of CNC machines.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to deliver outstanding support.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be eligible for employment in the United States (E-Verify participant).
