Description

  • Support full-cycle accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Maintain and manage General Ledger accounts for multiple business entities.
  • Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly classified.
  • Maintain the integrity of accounting records across different business units.
  • Support the accounting management of multiple entities, including franchising operations, coaching services, commercial real estate entities, and international operations.
  • Track entity-specific transactions and assist with financial reporting.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including payments and collections.
  • Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate vendor and customer records.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and financial reports.
  • Assist with internal management reporting and month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to record and manage financial transactions and support reporting.
  • Assist with system improvements and data accuracy during financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting and full-cycle accounting processes.
  • Experience with multiple entities or multi-entity accounting structures is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, financial tracking, and reconciliation spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
