Description

  • Identify and shape high-value AI use cases within client business units.
  • Rapidly prototype full-stack MVPs, agents, applications, and workflows that prove value in weeks.
  • Productionize solutions and integrate them with client AI platforms, systems, and operational workflows.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-native solutions, from discovery and design through implementation, iteration, and handoff.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, central platform teams, and phData consultants to deliver outcomes.
  • Act as a lead engineer within fusion pods alongside data engineers, ML engineers, activation specialists, and client teams.
  • Translate business goals into solution designs tied to KPIs, ROI, and time-to-value.
  • Capture and feed technical patterns, best practices, and anti-patterns back into platform roadmaps and playbooks.
  • Bridge business-unit needs with central platform capabilities and surface capability gaps for prioritization.
  • Lead discovery sessions, document solutions, run demos and training, and support client enablement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including building and operating production systems.
  • Experience building full-stack applications using Python, SQL, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Experience implementing AI-native workflows such as RAG, LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and guardrails/evaluations.
  • Experience building user interfaces with Streamlit, Gradio, React, or similar tools.
  • Experience moving, transforming, and harmonizing data across platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud data warehouses.
  • Experience with cloud orchestration tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-native workflow systems.
  • Experience with Snowflake and major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Prior consulting, customer-embedded engineering, or product engineering experience in data/AI-heavy environments is strongly preferred.
  • BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and spend frequent time on-site with clients.
