Description

  • Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes.
  • Review documentation, reports, and case materials for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards.
  • Use QA audit tools and platforms such as CentralReach and Rethink to evaluate performance and identify gaps.
  • Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across different scenarios and cases.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze data in Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards.
  • Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-focused role, preferably within healthcare or ABA environments.
  • Proficiency in CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Experience with QA audit tools and project management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare standards and the ability to independently research and apply them.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify nuanced issues in audits and reviews.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information across different scenarios.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
