Description

Own UX projects from discovery through delivery, including research, design execution, and user testing.
Design wireframes, high-fidelity user interfaces, and functional prototypes using Figma.
Drive and evolve PetDesk’s design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across the product portfolio and set standards for design quality.
Lead user research initiatives and usability testing to surface insights that shape and validate design decisions.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to align designs with business goals and technical constraints.
Champion AI-driven design workflows by integrating generative tools and LLMs to accelerate prototyping, automate UI tasks, and refine UX copy.
Operate effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment, iterating quickly based on feedback and metrics.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and mentor other designers on best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience designing user interfaces for SaaS companies.
Expert working knowledge of Figma or a similar design tool and strong portfolio showing research artifacts, wireframes, and visual designs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and work cross-functionally.
Experience leading user research and usability testing to inform product direction.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
Experience building or maintaining design systems and establishing design standards.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail.
Experience or interest in AI-driven design tools and generative workflows (preferred).

Competitive salary range $130,000 - $146,000 per year with performance-driven compensation approach.
