Description

  • Own UX projects from discovery through delivery, including research, design execution, and user testing.
  • Design wireframes, high-fidelity user interfaces, and functional prototypes using Figma.
  • Drive and evolve PetDesk’s design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across the product portfolio and set standards for design quality.
  • Lead user research initiatives and usability testing to surface insights that shape and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to align designs with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Champion AI-driven design workflows by integrating generative tools and LLMs to accelerate prototyping, automate UI tasks, and refine UX copy.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment, iterating quickly based on feedback and metrics.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and mentor other designers on best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience designing user interfaces for SaaS companies.
  • Expert working knowledge of Figma or a similar design tool and strong portfolio showing research artifacts, wireframes, and visual designs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience leading user research and usability testing to inform product direction.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems and establishing design standards.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience or interest in AI-driven design tools and generative workflows (preferred).
