Description

  • Provide technical phone and ticket-based support for PetDesk VoIP phone systems and related integrations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, handling incoming and outgoing support calls professionally.
  • Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, including guiding customers through phone reboots and factory resets.
  • Make system change requests (e.g., rename extensions, change phone routes) and update configurations as needed.
  • Enable and verify system integrations between the VoIP telephone system and practice management software.
  • Resolve or promptly escalate customer requests and issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Review, analyze, and report trends on common system issues to inform product and operations teams.
  • Leverage customer data and system knowledge to streamline client workflows and improve communications (calls, chats, appointments).

Requirements

  • Eligible to work as a contractor based in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, or Uruguay.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required; resume must be submitted in English.
  • Availability aligned to North American business hours, as agreed per engagement.
  • Proven customer service experience with confident, articulate, and professional communication.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Experience handling incoming and outgoing support calls and performing conflict resolution with empathy.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting technical/hardware issues and resolving complex problems.
  • Contractors must provide their own equipment (laptop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc.), stable internet connectivity, and a dedicated workstation.
