Description

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Compliance Representatives.
  • Research compliance questions and provide findings or recommendations to leadership.
  • Escalate high-risk, unusual, or unclear compliance matters as appropriate.
  • Document compliance decisions and actions accurately.
  • Train and support new and existing Compliance Representatives.
  • Develop and maintain compliance SOPs, procedures, training materials, and internal reference documentation.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to Compliance Representatives.
  • Assist the Compliance Department Head with compliance reviews, research, projects, and other department needs.
  • Support recurring and ad hoc compliance reporting.
  • Help ensure compliance policies and procedures are followed consistently and assigned matters are resolved.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, fraud, or a related field.
  • Experience handling customer, operational, or compliance-related escalations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and sound independent judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Experience working in consumer privacy, consumer reporting, or data broker fields (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of the CCPA/CPRA, FCRA, and related consumer protection or privacy requirements (preferred).
  • Experience supporting compliance monitoring, audits, investigations, or regulatory reporting (preferred).
  • Experience developing procedures, controls, training materials, or compliance documentation (preferred).
  • IAPP CIPP/US Certification (preferred).
