Description

  • Lead planning and execution of assigned medical education programs, including logistics and on-site management.
  • Collaborate with Medical Education, sales, marketing, product, and operations leaders to align execution with strategy and messaging.
  • Manage agenda and content creation, attendee registration, logistics coordination, and on-site clinical support for educational events.
  • Maintain and update program templates, agenda templates, and speaker slide decks to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain structures for on-site support across programs.
  • Ensure program compliance with FDA, HCC, Sunshine Act, and company-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare quarterly program updates, including analysis, outcomes, and recommendations for sales leadership.
  • Analyze program metrics, attendee feedback, and utilization trends to identify process improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with faculty, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Guide and mentor program coordinators, associates, and specialists in partnership with managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant medical education and clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Combination of relevant medical education and clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple complex programs and events simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive communication and timely execution are essential.
  • Ability to travel 60% or more, including weekends.
  • Experience in medical education, clinical settings, or related healthcare environments preferred.
