Description

  • Collaborate with designers and creative directors to execute concepts within established design systems for client brands.
  • Create and adapt a wide range of creative assets, including book layouts, logos, icons, posters, ads, infographics, templates, and promotional pieces.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across presentation decks ranging from 30 to 150 slides.
  • Enhance client presentations with improved charts, data visuals, and other visually engaging elements.
  • Version digital banners, print ads, and other deliverables while maintaining accuracy and brand compliance.
  • Rebuild files in the correct programs and check all files for errors and proper setup.
  • Review client materials carefully to catch edits, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
  • Help revitalize brands and establish new design rules under the direction of senior designers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a production design role, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across materials.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team and independently manage tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data visualization and infographics is a plus.
  • Ability to create HTML5 animations using Google Web Designer and GIF animations using Photoshop is highly preferred.

  • Base salary of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
