Description

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial engagement through negotiation and closing within major hospital systems.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand existing client relationships and land new logos.
  • Build, multi-thread, and manage relationships across stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers in enterprise healthcare accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on healthcare use cases, client pain points, and solution value.
  • Manage, forecast, and communicate the sales pipeline accurately to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for each hospital system.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and professional relationships to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Work with Salesforce partners as needed, without relying on a channel-dependent sales model.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of documented success selling professional services or technology solutions directly into hospital systems.
  • Proven track record of account management, including cross-selling and up-selling within complex healthcare organizations.
  • Established and active network of relationships within hospitals and health systems.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to onboard quickly and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare provider landscape and the ability to lead consultative business discussions.
  • Must reside in the Northeast or Midwest territory to support the region.
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform or ecosystem is beneficial but not required.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing team.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically to client sites as required.
