Description

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for website projects.
  • Design responsive, conversion-focused website pages and components aligned with brand identity.
  • Build and maintain websites in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Squarespace.
  • Customize themes, templates, layouts, plugins, forms, widgets, and third-party integrations.
  • Use HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to implement and refine front-end website features.
  • Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
  • Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing to resolve layout and usability issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, branding, and development teams to implement feedback and support launches.
  • Maintain website documentation, project assets, and secure CMS updates.
  • Support ongoing website improvements, maintenance, and conversion-rate optimization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional website design experience.
  • Experience designing and building production websites.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating modern website design and UX thinking.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or Squarespace.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, website performance optimization, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with e-commerce websites using Shopify or WooCommerce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or SEO tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with SaaS companies, marketing agencies, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
  • Experience with CMS migrations, landing page optimization, or CRO is preferred.
  • Ability to work U.S. client business hours from a preferred location in LATAM, South Africa, Pakistan, or Eastern Europe.
