Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or rough drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components that can be implemented by developers or no-code tools.
  • Prepare production-ready design files, including organized Figma frames, exported assets, and detailed specifications for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web design standards before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials to keep them aligned with the broader brand ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, including responsive layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience creating high-converting, pitch-style landing pages with a strong focus on clarity and spacing.
  • Solid understanding of preparing assets and specs for developers or no-code platforms such as Webflow and Framer.
  • Ability to translate brand aesthetics consistently across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks.
  • Upper-intermediate English level (B2) or above is required.
  • A structured, user-centric, conversion-minded approach to design.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.
  • A CV must include a portfolio link with web design examples, and applications without relevant portfolio cases will not be considered.
