Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components.
  • Prepare production-ready design files, including organized Figma frames, exported assets, and detailed specifications for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and alignment with modern web design trends before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials so they remain consistent and on-brand.
  • Package designs for seamless implementation by developers or no-code tools such as Webflow or Framer.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience creating conversion-driven, pitch-style landing pages with strong attention to clarity and spacing.
  • Solid understanding of preparing and packaging assets for developers or no-code platforms such as Webflow and Framer.
  • Ability to translate brand aesthetics consistently across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks.
  • Upper-intermediate English level (B2) or above is required.
  • A structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded approach to design.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.
  • CV must include a portfolio link with relevant web design examples; applications without this will not be considered.
