Description

  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and analytics reviews to understand user behavior and identify pain points.
  • Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, workflows, and actionable design recommendations.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and interactive flows in design tools.
  • Design clean, modern interfaces and ensure responsive, adaptive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
  • Apply accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.1 AA standards to all designs.
  • Partner with product managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and align on business goals.
  • Collaborate with developers to provide clear specs, assets, and documentation for accurate implementation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and design critiques.
  • Test, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback, QA input, performance data, and A/B testing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
  • Experience building wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Ability to present design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience designing SaaS products, mobile apps, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with front-end basics such as HTML/CSS is preferred for smoother developer collaboration.
  • Exposure to analytics tools, heatmaps, and usability testing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience optimizing user flows for engagement and conversion is preferred.
