Description

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and map keywords to search intent and funnel stages.
  • Build SEO content strategies aligned with organic growth goals and identify ranking opportunities and content gaps.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta titles and descriptions, headings, internal links, URL structure, and schema markup.
  • Perform content audits and recommend improvements to make content more SEO-friendly, high-quality, and readable.
  • Run technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, broken links, and duplicate content.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile performance, and overall site health and crawlability.
  • Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
  • Develop ethical link-building strategies through guest posting, PR outreach, and partnerships.
  • Monitor backlink profiles and identify or disavow toxic links.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, and deliver weekly or monthly reports with clear insights.
  • Build dashboards in analytics and reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams on website redesigns, migrations, and new launches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SEO experience.
  • Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely during U.S. business hours, with flexibility for audits, reporting, and campaign deadlines.
  • Experience ranking for competitive keywords is preferred.
  • Knowledge of schema markup or structured data is preferred.
  • Experience with advanced technical SEO audits is preferred.
  • Experience with international SEO or multi-language sites is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or content-driven businesses is preferred.
