Description

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and map keywords to search intent and funnel stages.
  • Develop SEO strategies that align content plans with organic growth goals and identify ranking opportunities and content gaps.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structure, and schema markup.
  • Perform content audits and recommend improvements to make pages SEO-friendly, high-quality, and readable.
  • Run technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, broken links, and duplicate content.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance, and manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
  • Develop ethical off-page SEO and link-building strategies through guest posting, PR outreach, and partnerships.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using analytics tools and build dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams on website redesigns, migrations, and new launches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SEO experience.
  • Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours, with flexibility for audits, reporting, and campaign deadlines.
  • Experience using Google Keyword Planner is preferred.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Nice to have experience ranking for competitive keywords.
  • Nice to have knowledge of schema markup / structured data.
  • Nice to have advanced technical SEO audit experience.
  • Nice to have experience with international SEO or multi-language sites.
  • Nice to have background in SaaS, e-commerce, or content-driven businesses.
