Description

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, redirect, duplicate content, canonicalization, and broken-link issues.
  • Manage and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and structured data/schema markup.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile performance, and overall site architecture.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to build SEO roadmaps.
  • Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, schema, and page content.
  • Work with content teams to ensure new and existing content follows SEO best practices.
  • Support ethical link building through outreach, partnerships, guest posting, and PR opportunities.
  • Monitor organic traffic, rankings, clicks, impressions, conversions, and backlink health.
  • Build SEO dashboards and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with developers, writers, designers, and marketing teams on SEO fixes and site changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional SEO experience.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and keyword research.
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
  • Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, internal linking, search intent, and SEO content optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Advanced technical SEO audit experience is preferred.
  • Experience ranking competitive keywords in B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, or agency environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of structured data and schema markup is preferred.
  • International or multilingual SEO experience is preferred.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) exposure is preferred.
  • SEO-driven funnel optimization experience is preferred.
  • Experience building SEO dashboards and reporting systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting website migrations or redesigns is preferred.
