Description

  • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Use project tracking tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, MS Project, or Smartsheet to keep schedules current.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting notes, action items, and weekly status reports.
  • Maintain organized project documentation in SharePoint, Google Drive, or Confluence.
  • Act as the central liaison between project managers, team members, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Follow up on tasks, track deliverables, and escalate delays, blockers, or unmet expectations when needed.
  • Monitor task completion, workload, resource availability, and project dependencies to prevent missed deadlines.
  • Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and escalate issues early to protect delivery and quality standards.
  • Communicate project updates clearly across stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities and decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative/project support.
  • Hands-on experience with Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including trackers, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
  • High level of organization, detail orientation, and proactive follow-up.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflows and sprint planning is preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is preferred, including certifications in progress.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketing, professional services, or construction is preferred.
