Description

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, workflows, and user flows.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for responsive web and mobile experiences.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • Define and uphold UI standards for typography, color, spacing, and interaction patterns.
  • Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and work across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
  • Run A/B tests and iterate on layouts, flows, and interaction patterns based on feedback and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare developer-ready assets, interaction specs, and design documentation for handoff.
  • Monitor and improve usability, engagement, retention, and consistency across product surfaces.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, UI execution, and responsive design work.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, usability testing, and responsive design.
  • Experience designing SaaS products, consumer applications, or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Experience with scalable design systems is preferred.
  • Basic front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics tools is preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time remote hours aligned with U.S. business hours.
