Description

Define and drive the overall UX strategy in alignment with business and product goals.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
Create and review wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Establish and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and best practices.
Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and visual quality across user interfaces.
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design.
A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of UX research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
