Description

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Translate research findings into personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and product requirements.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Create intuitive workflows and polished SaaS experiences aligned with UX best practices.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design patterns.
  • Define and uphold standards for typography, color, spacing, interaction patterns, and accessibility.
  • Run usability tests, gather customer feedback, and use A/B testing to improve product outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers throughout product planning, discovery, design reviews, and implementation.
  • Deliver developer-ready designs, interaction specifications, and design documentation.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX problem-solving, user-centered design, and responsive web/mobile design.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, usability testing, and interaction design.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Data-driven approach to design decisions.
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, B2B software, enterprise applications, or consumer products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics tools is preferred.
  • Basic front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile product environments is preferred.
