Description

  • Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and surveys to inform product decisions.
  • Create user flows, personas, and journey maps for product discovery and experience design.
  • Design and prototype wireframes, clickable prototypes, and responsive layouts using common design tools.
  • Produce polished web and mobile UI designs that are visually clear and functional.
  • Build and maintain reusable design systems, including components, typography systems, and color systems.
  • Design with usability, accessibility, and WCAG standards in mind across devices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Support product handoffs using tools such as Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or InVision.
  • Review user behavior and feedback to improve workflows and refine designs based on testing.
  • Contribute to product improvements that increase engagement, retention, and adoption of design systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI craftsmanship.
  • Experience creating user flows, prototypes, and responsive designs.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Hotjar.
  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms, consumer apps, or enterprise tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics and A/B testing is a plus.
  • Experience scaling design systems is preferred.
