Description

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other acquisition channels.
  • Build, launch, and improve campaigns across search, social, display, and remarketing.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, competitor research, and targeting strategy development.
  • Create and test ad creatives, ad copy, CTAs, and landing page variations.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with design, content, marketing, and analytics teams to improve funnel and conversion performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities, risks, and scaling opportunities proactively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, Meta Ads campaigns, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong PPC and paid social experience focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI improvement.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, funnel optimization, and campaign scaling.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management ability.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and remarketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation scripts, dynamic campaign features, landing page optimization, and funnel strategy is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts, varied advertising budgets, and multi-touch attribution systems is preferred.
