Description

  • Own and manage end-to-end shift fulfillment, responding quickly to incoming client shift requests and ensuring timely coverage.
  • Assign professionals to shifts, confirm availability and attendance, and communicate assignments to workers and on-site managers.
  • Onboard and activate professionals on the HireApp platform and maintain ongoing engagement to build workforce reliability.
  • Monitor live operations including attendance and clock-ins, follow up on late arrivals or no-shows, and secure replacements for last-minute changes or cancellations.
  • Handle real-time operational issues and emergencies by coordinating with clients, on-site managers, and the workforce to resolve problems promptly.
  • Maintain accurate internal systems, trackers, and documentation of shift outcomes and operational actions.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend or implement process and workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to clients and stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary to protect service quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, staffing, or workforce coordination roles.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) with a neutral or modest accent.
  • Availability to work US hours in a full-time, remote capacity.
  • Reliable computer setup and stable internet connection for remote work.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities and comfort managing multiple live priorities.
  • Proficiency using digital platforms, internal systems, and operational tools.
  • Experience monitoring attendance, clock-ins, and operational KPIs (preferred).
  • Experience with staffing platforms, marketplaces, high-growth startups, or shift-based/on-demand workforce environments (preferred).
