Description

  • Plan, build, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies.
  • Test and optimize ad creatives, formats, and messaging.
  • Align campaigns with client goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve results.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Work directly with clients to understand objectives, share updates, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current on LinkedIn Ads features, tools, and best practices and test new strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely during EST hours.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising (LinkedIn Ads preferred).
  • Experience with other platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (preferred).
  • Experience in client-facing roles and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
