Description

  • Build, launch, and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns across approximately 10–15 client accounts.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies based on client objectives and buyer personas.
  • Create campaign structures aligned with lead generation and brand awareness goals.
  • Test ad formats, messaging, creatives, offers, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, placements, audiences, and creatives to scale high-performing campaigns efficiently.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and translate key metrics into actionable recommendations.
  • Present campaign insights, updates, and optimization plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand business goals and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Stay current on LinkedIn Ads features, platform updates, and B2B advertising trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn advertising strategy and optimization.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent reporting, presentation, written, and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. EST business hours.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid advertising platforms is preferred.
  • Agency or client-facing experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing larger advertising budgets is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
