Description

  • Create and manage high-performing LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, hooks) to attract B2B prospects.
  • Identify and test content angles that attract high-intent audience and continuously optimize based on performance.
  • Turn content engagement (likes, comments, profile views) into meaningful conversations and inbound leads.
  • Initiate natural, non-salesy direct messages based on user intent and qualify prospects for the pipeline.
  • Engage consistently with audience via comments, DMs, and interactions to build relationships and nurture leads.
  • Design simple content funnels (content → engagement → conversation → call) and develop lead magnets and nurture flows where needed.
  • Improve conversion rates across each stage of the funnel through measurement and iteration.
  • Collaborate with the founder to share insights on messaging, objections, and audience behavior and optionally support early-stage sales conversations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content-led B2B lead generation or organic growth.
  • Strong experience creating LinkedIn content and growing a personal brand on the platform.
  • Proven ability to generate inbound leads or book calls from content.
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles (typically 2–3 months).
  • Ability to think in funnels and systems and to be both creative and analytical.
  • Comfortable owning outcomes (leads, conversations, pipeline) and iterating based on performance.
  • Available to work U.S. business hours (role is full-time, remote).
