Description

  • Create high-quality, value-driven, and thought-provoking content that educates, challenges, and builds authority.
  • Write SEO-optimized blogs, website pages, and inbound assets aligned with search intent and funnel stage.
  • Develop content optimized for AI platforms (LLMs, AI search, featured answers, summaries) as well as search engines.
  • Develop landing pages and conversion-focused copy that turns traffic into qualified leads.
  • Plan, build, and write copy for lead magnets (guides, checklists, playbooks, resources), gated assets, CTAs, thank-you pages, and follow-up flows.
  • Execute inbound campaigns across channels including SEO & content marketing, lead magnets, social media distribution, and website/landing page experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, and strategy teams to improve conversion rates and inbound performance.
  • Conduct deep research on industries, competitors, and audience pain points to identify content gaps and translate insights into content angles and campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate content and inbound performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and optimize content based on performance and conversion data.
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and participate in team check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Inbound Marketer, Content Marketer, or Content Writer.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, and inbound funnel strategy.
  • Ability to create content that drives measurable value and conversions, not just traffic.
  • Experience with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent written English with strong storytelling and persuasion skills and a portfolio showing results-driven inbound or content work.
  • Understanding of how AI is changing content discovery and search and ability to optimize content for AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media as a content distribution channel.
  • Experience building or promoting lead magnets (nice-to-have).
  • Agency experience (nice-to-have).
  • Ability to work full-time on US hours in a remote role.
