Description

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and campaign planning for paid search initiatives.
  • Write, test, and improve ad copy, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budgets.
  • Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and publish social content, respond to audience interactions, and support engagement efforts.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and optimize metadata, on-page content, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
  • Monitor paid, organic, and social performance using Google Analytics 4 and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights, trends, optimization opportunities, and campaign recommendations.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and campaign testing results.
  • Continuously analyze data and test changes to improve marketing performance across channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms.
  • Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategy, CPC, CTR, conversion tracking, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Strong written English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, B2B marketing, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or landing page optimization is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content marketing workflows and marketing automation tools is preferred.
