Description

  • Draft, update, and enforce compliance policies across finance, HR, IT, and operations.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments across business units and recommend controls.
  • Implement compliance monitoring programs and perform regular internal audits.
  • Track audit findings and compliance issues in GRC tools such as Archer or ServiceNow.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and file required regulatory reports on time.
  • Develop and deliver employee training on compliance obligations, code of conduct, and regulatory updates.
  • Conduct internal investigations into compliance issues, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare compliance dashboards, monthly or quarterly reports, and risk summaries for executives and boards.
  • Partner with finance, legal, HR, and IT to embed compliance into business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • Proficiency with compliance monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of at least one regulatory framework such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or a similar certification is preferred.
  • Experience in finance, healthcare, SaaS, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as COSO or ISO 31000 is preferred.
  • Experience leading compliance training and building reporting dashboards is preferred.
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills are expected.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is expected.
