Description

  • Lead daily engagement in Slack by starting conversations and keeping discussions active.
  • Connect members with each other based on their goals, industry, and interests.
  • Build trust and serve as the primary relationship connector within the community.
  • Conduct regular member check-ins every 3–6 months to assess satisfaction and risks of churn.
  • Identify engagement gaps and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Plan and coordinate retreats, dinners, and meetups, including end-to-end logistics.
  • Track participation, member activity, and event attendance to understand community health.
  • Run surveys in Typeform, analyze feedback, and turn insights into improvements.
  • Prepare engagement and retention reports for the internal team.
  • Maintain a professional, upbeat, and welcoming member experience.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English with clear, neutral, U.S.-friendly communication.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience in community management, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Experience coordinating events or member experiences.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
  • Reliable remote work setup.
  • Experience managing communities on Slack (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Typeform (preferred).
  • Experience with U.S.-based clients (preferred).
  • Background in events, customer success, or membership communities (preferred).
  • Experience improving engagement and retention (preferred).
  • Based in LATAM or Africa (preferred, not required).
