Description

  • Provide pre- and post-onboarding support for new social media clients and educate them on company processes and strategies.
  • Launch, maintain, and optimize paid social campaigns to meet client goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics and address issues proactively.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed campaign reports with insights, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage a smaller portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and respond to evolving client needs.
  • Support Social Solutions Managers and the broader team with daily tasks, initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Execute reporting requests and support communication between media buyers and Social Solutions Managers.
  • Stay current on social media trends, ad formats, and platform advancements, and share best practices internally.
  • Maintain understanding of third-party tools and their integration with social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media management with a strong focus on campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Experience in digital media agencies or tech publishers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including media buying, bidding models, and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, with the ability to interpret metrics and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting strategies and reports to clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Social media certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration, meetings, and trainings.
