Description

  • Manage inbound private jet charter inquiries and convert qualified leads into bookings.
  • Assess travel requirements and recommend tailored flight solutions, aircraft, and quotes.
  • Guide clients through booking and maintain communication through post-flight follow-up.
  • Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and premium clients to drive repeat business.
  • Respond promptly via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Slack.
  • Maintain accurate client, opportunity, quote, booking, and follow-up records in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, reporting, forecasting, and follow-up activity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and smooth charter execution.
  • Participate in rotating coverage for a fast-paced client service environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, high-ticket sales, luxury services, or relationship-driven client roles.
  • Strong closing, relationship-building, and client-service skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confidence communicating with high-value and demanding clientele.
  • Strong responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Availability to work remotely during EST hours with rotating coverage.
  • Private aviation or charter sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of private jet categories, cabin configurations, flight ranges, Part 135 operations, luxury travel, concierge services, or cryptocurrency transactions preferred.
