Description

  • Design high-converting B2B static ad creatives for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Display campaigns.
  • Translate messaging, ICP insights, and campaign strategy into clear, scroll-stopping visuals.
  • Create multiple creative variations across headlines, layouts, calls to action, sizes, and formats.
  • Develop creative direction based on ICP insights and B2B buyer psychology.
  • Support A/B testing and iterate creatives based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams on campaign goals, messaging frameworks, and funnel stages.
  • Contribute ideas during campaign brainstorming and improve creatives using performance feedback.
  • Build reusable templates, creative systems, and asset libraries to scale production.
  • Maintain consistent brand quality while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept creation, and creative iteration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing B2B ad creatives.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating LinkedIn ads, Meta ads, and display creative work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or in Canva.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused design, visual hierarchy, and CTA placement.
  • Experience working with AI tools for creative workflows such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT.
  • Understanding of CTR, CPC, and conversion rates is preferred.
  • Experience with performance marketing teams or demand generation campaigns is preferred.
  • SaaS, tech, or B2B marketing background is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Notion is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely during EST/U.S. hours as an independent contractor.
