Description

  • Provide creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations to improve client campaign KPIs.
  • Develop and optimize workflows and templates to reduce manual, repetitive work.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on creative to support the Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients.
  • Direct the use of generative AI tools and review machine outputs to protect brand integrity.
  • Manage the creative request lifecycle from initial brief through final asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Production Team to deliver ad creatives that meet client guidelines and improve performance.
  • Design modular creative frameworks that support scalable ad variations across channels.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients and manage feedback throughout the creative process.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or art direction.
  • Graphic design experience is a bonus.
  • Provide work samples if available.
  • Proven creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling concepts.
  • Strong strategic planning and prioritization skills focused on high-impact work.
  • Experience creating digital ads, campaigns, or promotional content for channels such as social media, email, websites, or paid advertising.
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with directing generative AI models and critiquing or redirecting machine-generated creative work.
  • Advanced experience in programmatic, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is preferred.
  • Fluency in French is preferred.
  • Must be located in Canada.

  • Base salary of $75,000 to $89,000 CAD for candidates located in Ontario, Canada.
