Description

  • Own Netguru’s short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts from concept through publishing.
  • Transform case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into video content that people actually watch.
  • Use AI tools as a core part of the video production workflow.
  • Work closely with marketing, brand, and growth teams to improve video’s impact in the funnel.
  • Manage your own workload, deadlines, and a small budget.
  • Create and edit short-form videos independently.
  • Contribute to content production that builds brand visibility in video.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience creating and editing short-form video.
  • A portfolio showing real growth on at least one channel.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and having filmed yourself before.
  • Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
  • Hands-on experience with AI video tools, including generative video, AI editing, and synthetic voiceover.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines and budget.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Experience making B2B or tech content feel human and watchable is a plus.
  • Basic motion graphics skills are a plus.
  • Experience producing and repurposing podcast or webinar video content is a plus.
  • Any relevant certification, such as HubSpot Content Marketing, is a plus.
