Description

  • Build and launch a production-ready web application from concept to deployment.
  • Own full-stack development across both frontend and backend.
  • Continuously iterate on the product after launch based on feedback and usage.
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows and integrate LLMs into product use cases.
  • Implement guardrails to handle AI limitations such as hallucinations and edge cases.
  • Build and manage backend systems, scalable APIs, and data structures using Supabase or similar tools.
  • Implement authentication, permissions, and data protection practices.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and data handling.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate product ideas into working technical solutions.
  • Identify, debug, and fix system issues while maintaining high-quality code.

Requirements

  • Strong full stack development experience across frontend and backend.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-level products.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into applications.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and API design.
  • Experience with Supabase or similar backend platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI limitations, including hallucinations and failure handling.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including authentication, permissions, and data protection.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of product development.
  • Experience building AI agents or automation workflows is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Claude or similar LLM tools in production is preferred.
  • Experience building SaaS or operational platforms is a plus.
  • Exposure to aviation, logistics, or membership systems is a plus.
  • Experience scaling products from MVP to production is a plus.
  • Full-time availability, remote work, and U.S. business hours alignment are required.
