Description

  • Build and launch a production-ready web application from concept to deployment.
  • Own both frontend and backend development across the full stack.
  • Integrate AI-driven workflows and LLMs into real product use cases.
  • Implement guardrails to manage AI limitations, including hallucinations and edge cases.
  • Build and manage backend systems using Supabase or similar tools.
  • Design scalable APIs and data structures and ensure efficient data handling.
  • Implement authentication, permissions, and data protection practices.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ship features quickly and iterate based on feedback.
  • Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve system stability and user experience.

Requirements

  • Strong full stack development experience across frontend and backend.
  • Proven experience building and shipping production-level products.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into applications.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and API design.
  • Experience with Supabase or similar backend platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI limitations, including hallucinations and failure handling.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including authentication, permissions, and data protection.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of product development.
  • Experience building AI agents or automation workflows (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Claude or similar LLM tools in production (nice to have).
  • Experience building SaaS or operational platforms (nice to have).
  • Exposure to aviation, logistics, or membership systems (nice to have).
  • Experience scaling products from MVP to production (nice to have).
