Description

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective students in English and Spanish.
  • Follow up quickly with warm leads from website inquiries and referrals.
  • Assess student goals and recommend the most appropriate training program.
  • Explain program details, schedules, start dates, tuition, funding options, and enrollment requirements.
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
  • Close enrollments during the initial call whenever possible.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up by phone, email, and text until each lead makes a final decision.
  • Keep lead records, enrollment status, and CRM entries accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Admissions, Enrollment, Telesales, or a similar phone-based sales role.
  • Proven experience closing sales over the phone.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfort working toward sales and enrollment targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
  • Previous admissions or student enrollment experience is preferred.
  • Experience selling education, training programs, healthcare services, or other consultative products is preferred.
  • Experience using Dialpad or similar VoIP phone systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with vocational, trade school, or higher education environments is preferred.
