Description

  • Ideate, scope, and build pre-sales technical solutions and reference architectures for enterprise BDH deployments.
  • Partner with engineers to deploy BDH in customer environments and demonstrate measurable improvements over static models.
  • Collaborate with hyperscaler partners on cloud-native infrastructure, security standards, and co-sell motions.
  • Create solutions content that supports and accelerates the go-to-market motion.
  • Lead technical discovery workshops with CTOs and heads of AI or innovation in partnership with GTM.
  • Act as the bridge between customer environments and Pathway’s research teams by synthesizing feedback into product and R&D insights.
  • Develop reusable solution patterns for enterprise customers as the company scales.
  • Codify best practices into internal playbooks and technical documentation to improve enterprise readiness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or applied AI roles.
  • Experience at a foundational AI model player or AI scale-up is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building APIs, data pipelines, and ML integrations.
  • Understanding of generative AI architectures and experience using or deploying AI models, including flagship LLMs, open source LLMs, or SLMs.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to map business problems to technical architectures and anticipate scaling, latency, and operational cost implications.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to translate business and technical topics for senior leaders and other audiences.
  • Ability to own problems end-to-end and fill gaps to get the job done.
  • Comfort working in early-stage companies and building out a solution playbook.
  • Humility, collaboration, and a builder mentality.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, fluent English, and respect for others.
