Description

  • Independently manage all aspects of loan documentation from origination through closing with little or no supervision.
  • Serve as the bank’s primary representative with borrowers, guarantors, principals, counsel, brokers, and other vendors during the closing process.
  • Identify, collect, and review all documents and items required for closing.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel to prepare closing documents and ensure loan requests are properly documented.
  • Manage loan closing activities across business partners, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Work directly with Structured Finance teammates, including management, underwriters, and account executives, to support funding objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Provide support, training, and expertise to other members of the Closing Team.
  • Manage and develop reports, processes, and procedures within the Closing Team.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience.
  • 2-3 years of government-guaranteed lending closing experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience coordinating with legal counsel, business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing loan closing documentation and related processes.
  • Preferred consideration for candidates whose experience does not match every listed qualification.
