Description

  • Research, design, and develop artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve business challenges.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI technologies across the organization.
  • Assess existing workflows and recommend AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.
  • Collect, prepare, clean, and preprocess data for model training.
  • Perform feature engineering, exploratory analysis, and establish data pipelines to support ongoing model improvement.
  • Train, validate, and optimize AI models using appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and evaluation metrics.
  • Mitigate bias and support ethical AI practices in model development and evaluation.
  • Integrate AI solutions into systems, applications, and workflows through APIs, microservices, or interfaces.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain deployed models to ensure continued performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and communicate AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Up to 2+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
