Description

  • Design and develop generative AI solutions across a rapidly expanding product portfolio.
  • Develop and deploy AI agents for internal tools and customer-facing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI technology into existing systems.
  • Educate, inform, and support product developers on AI integration and maintenance.
  • Identify optimal data processing and data structures for accurate AI analysis.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into engineering deliverables and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AI agent workflows.
  • Stay current on the latest research and trends in commercial AI systems.
  • Build prototypes and incubate new AI ideas from concept to production.
  • Engage with customers and engineering teams to refine hypotheses and validate product scenarios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with an AI agent framework such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or MetaGPT.
  • Strong understanding of large language models such as GPT, Claude, or Mistral and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with AI libraries such as Transformers, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with GenAI data pre-processing and embedding.
  • Experience with REST APIs and at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with MongoDB or a similar NoSQL database.
  • Proficiency with Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review.
  • Knowledge of agent memory, planning, and tool-use strategies is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or personal agent-based experiments are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state at the time of hire for fully remote employment.

  • Competitive base salary of $125,000 - $145,000 depending on experience and location.
