Description

Design and develop generative AI solutions across a rapidly expanding product portfolio.
Develop and deploy AI agents for internal tools and customer-facing applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI technology into existing systems.
Educate, inform, and support product developers on AI integration and maintenance.
Identify optimal data processing and data structures for accurate AI analysis.
Translate customer and business requirements into engineering deliverables and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AI agent workflows.
Stay current on the latest research and trends in commercial AI systems.
Build prototypes and incubate new AI ideas from concept to production.
Engage with customers and engineering teams to refine hypotheses and validate product scenarios.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Familiarity with an AI agent framework such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or MetaGPT.
Strong understanding of large language models such as GPT, Claude, or Mistral and prompt engineering.
Experience with AI libraries such as Transformers, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face.
Experience with GenAI data pre-processing and embedding.
Experience with REST APIs and at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with MongoDB or a similar NoSQL database.
Proficiency with Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review.
Knowledge of agent memory, planning, and tool-use strategies is preferred.
Experience with Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
Contributions to open-source AI projects or personal agent-based experiments are preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Must reside in an eligible U.S. state at the time of hire for fully remote employment.

Benefits

Competitive base salary of $125,000 - $145,000 depending on experience and location.
401(k) match of 200% of contributions up to the first 5% of salary, for a total potential match of 10%.
