Description

  • Design and build a scalable enterprise data warehouse and reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Evaluate and recommend data architecture, cloud platforms, and reporting solutions based on scalability, cost, and business needs.
  • Establish enterprise data models, integration frameworks, and data-management practices.
  • Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and People leaders to define reporting needs and deliver BI solutions.
  • Enable historical reporting, trend analysis, and performance tracking for SaaS revenue, retention, and operational KPIs.
  • Serve as a technical center of excellence for enterprise data management and provide hands-on leadership to the BI function.
  • Own project delivery, resolve technical challenges, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, business intelligence, or data management, including building scalable data environments.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise data warehouses and integrating multiple business systems.
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, database architecture, and data integration expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure-based data solutions, or similar technologies.
  • Experience evaluating data technologies and making architecture recommendations based on business requirements.
  • Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for business and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership, independent problem-solving ability, and experience delivering complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting for a SaaS or recurring-revenue business (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, financial systems, and operational data sources; experience mentoring or leading technical team members (preferred).

  • Base salary of $135,000–$170,000, based on experience and location.
